Indoor pool was nice, but it felt a bit cold for swimming. The location is perfect, just minutes from Dollywood. Breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast area was crowded, and it was hard to find a place to sit.

I loved waking up to the breathtaking mountain view from my balcony! The pool area was spotless, and the jacuzzi was pure bliss. Breakfast was hot and delicious, plus the staff were super helpful throughout our stay!

Exceptional breakfast both mornings. Crowded, but staff handled it efficiently. Rooms were exceptionally clean with the best beds in town. Convenient ground-floor access for our truck. Easy drive to Dollywood. Staff was friendly, yet assistance was lacking when water issues arose—two days of no showers or basic hygiene. Limited breakfast options for gluten, dairy, and egg allergies. Cleanliness was an issue; I had to sanitize the toilet myself. The indoor pool was disappointingly cold and the outdoor hot tub was out of service. Pool towels were nowhere to be found during our visit. Bugs in the room and connectivity issues hindered comfort. Solid potential, but significant improvements needed to make this a truly enjoyable experience.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Great Smoky Mountains, taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and photography. The hotel's recreational facilities, including the hot tub, outdoor and indoor pools, and games room, added extra fun to our stay. Nearby attractions like the Dixie Stampede and Belz Outlet provided enjoyable entertainment and shopping experiences.
In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly entertainment options for children would enhance the overall experience.

This hotel sits just a stone’s throw away from Dollywood, making it super convenient for weekend adventures, and it’s also only a short stroll to tasty dining options like Dickey's BBQ and Burger King, plus you can check out the Old Forge Distillery nearby, which is less than a mile away; the room was clean, the indoor and outdoor pools were well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming, but breakfast could be better organized.

Had a blast with my friends exploring the Great Smoky Mountains and hitting up Dollywood - just a hop, skip, and jump away from the hotel! The indoor pool and games room were the perfect hangout spots after a long day of adventures.
Wish there was a cool rooftop bar or lounge area for late-night chilling with friends.

The room was clean and offered a lovely view with a balcony. The bed, however, was uncomfortable and squeaked throughout the night, making it hard to rest. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space at a comfortable level. Noise from the pool area was bothersome, with echoes that disturbed our stay. The bathroom was nice and well-maintained. Breakfast had decent options, though the juice machine was out of order. Staff interaction varied; some were helpful, while others seemed disengaged. The limited parking became an issue, particularly late at night.

The hotel had two pools, perfect for the kids to enjoy at night. The breakfast spread was good, offering a variety of options from hot/cold cereal to eggs and waffles. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel maintained a quiet ambiance despite the number of guests, making it a relaxing stay.
The noise level at night was disruptive due to people coming in at all hours. Some guests disregarded the pool closing time, leading to disturbances.

The ground-floor room made parking easy, and the spacious layout was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the shower and a better-than-average complimentary breakfast, though the chaotic breakfast scene could use better organization. Staff members were friendly and helpful, but the indoor pool was unfortunately crowded and had a strong chemical smell. The balcony views were beautiful, and the outdoor pools provided a lot of fun for the kids. As for the beds, they could definitely use an upgrade. Still, this place is a solid budget-friendly option for families.

Just wanted to share my thoughts about my recent stay at Best Western. Let's start with the good stuff , the location was fantastic, super close to all the fun activities in Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool was a hit with my son, and the beds were really comfy. the staff members were all very friendly and helpful. On the flip side, there were a few things that needed improvement. The room we stayed in had some maintenance issues like non, working lamps, a sink that kept clogging up, and dirty floors. It wasn't a major deal, breaker, but it did affect our overall comfort. Plus, the indoor pool area lacked proper rules, so there were some safety concerns for my son while he was swimming. The breakfast was good, but having to walk in the rain to get there was a bit of a hassle, especially with no cover from the motel to the breakfast area. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, and the TV remote was a bit tricky to use. our stay had its ups and downs, but we managed to enjoy our time there despite the minor issues. Hopefully, these points can help Best Western improve ! .

Located right in the bustling area of a famous tourist attraction. Two large pools to cool off and relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was impressive, setting us up for the day ahead.
The rooms were musty with outdated decor. The lack of maintenance was evident, with broken phones and malfunctioning TVs.

friendly staff - great location with easy in and out - exceptional breakfast - 3 well-kept pools, and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. the service was top-notch - the staff replaced a broken microwave in 5 minutes.

the staff was super friendly and check in/out was a breeze. really enjoyed the clean pools, especially the fact that they were open late. the room was spotless and the balcony was a nice touch. overall, a good stay for the price.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near The Island in Pigeon Forge, and was pleasantly surprised by the professional and accommodating staff. The satisfying meal at Continental Cafe complemented my enjoyable stay. The free breakfast buffet, laundry facilities, and 24-hour business center added great value to my experience.
Remodeled indoor pool area needs improvement.
